The NPS Medicine Line provides consumers with information on prescription, over-the-counter and complementary (herbal, ‘natural’, vitamin and mineral) medicines. Your question may be answered on the spot, or you may be referred to your GP or pharmacist, or other health professional. If you have a complex enquiry, you may be put through to an NPS pharmacist. ADVERSE MEDICINE EVENTS LINE

The Adverse Medicine Events Line provides a reporting and advice service for adverse drug reactions or errors associated with medicine use. If you suspect that your medicine is causing a problem and you’re worried about using is, contact AME Line. The AME Line provides independent, accurate and evidence-based information.
